USA SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or DHL ground.
RETURN POLICY:
If you would like to return something, simply call our store, 912-355-0205 and we will be happy to help you with this. Unaltered or unembroidered merchandise may be returned within 10 days from date of delivery for a refund. The refund will be only for the product price excluding all other overhead charges (shipping & handling or any other charges related to the order).
All returns must be made within 10 days of return authorization. Refund is subject to the following condition:
1. The product must be returned in resalable condition.
2. All packaging material must be included.
3. Packaging material must not be torn or damaged.
4. Customer will pay return shipping expenses.
We recommend that returns should be sent through an insured carrier. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. |
